■ Exhibition Advertisement

1. Advertising space in the exhibition magazine: 500 words of company introduction - free of charge; Full page text -1000 yuan; Cover -20000 yuan; Bottom cover -15000 yuan; Inside front cover -12000 yuan; Title page -10000 yuan; Inside back cover -10000 yuan; Color inner pages -5000 yuan; Black and white inner pages -3000 yuan; 

2. Other advertisements: Frame advertising at the exhibition site - 350 yuan/square meter; 20000 yuan/50000 tickets; Invitation cards priced at 25000 yuan per 30000 pieces; Visit Pass 100000 yuan/Exclusive "Detailed Information of On site Wall Advertisements and Other Advertisements available upon request"; 

3. Technical lecture: RMB 5000 per session (every 45 minutes); 

4. Conference fee: RMB 500 per person (including exhibition materials, drinks, lunch, gifts, etc.).

■ Exhibition Procedure 

1.Exhibition procedures: Exhibitors are required to carefully fill out the "Exhibition Agreement" and a copy of the "Business License" and fax or express them to the organizing committee of the conference. The exhibition fee should be remitted to the designated account of the organizing committee within ten days, and the bank payment receipt should be faxed to the organizing committee to confirm the eligibility for participation. 

2. Booth arrangement: The organizing committee will follow the principle of "first come, first paid, first served". To ensure the overall image of the exhibition, the organizing committee has the right to adjust a small number of booths. 

3. Meeting arrangement: The organizing committee will send the "Exhibitor Handbook" (related to schedule, exhibit transportation, hotel reception, booth construction, etc.) to all exhibitors 30 days before the exhibition. 

4. After registration, the organizing committee will send the first phase of the exhibition business news (worth 1000 yuan) and the first phase of the 30s short video (worth 3000 yuan), as well as a promotion of Tiktok, Kwai, WeChat, Weibo, and official website exhibits (worth 2000 yuan).
